Terms & Conditions

Eastside Tennis Centre is committed to providing a safe and professional experience for all players, visitors and customers. The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Court Bookings, Programs, Competitions and School Holiday Camps.

By making a booking and/or entering Eastside Tennis Centre, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Court Bookings

  • All online bookings must be paid in advance. No refunds unless the Centre is closed by Management.
  • Online bookings will receive an automatic email confirmation. Please ensure your email is entered correctly.
  • Changes to bookings must be requested by email to tennis@eastsidetennis.com.au at least 24 hours prior to the booking.
  • No external coaching or coaching baskets allowed unless approved by Management.
  • The Centre may close due to weather or other factors. In these cases, a credit voucher will be issued (valid for 3 months).
  • No credit will be given for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice).
  • Customers must present proof of booking if requested.

Adult & Junior Tennis Programs

  • Programs must be booked and paid for online prior to the start of term.
  • No make-up lessons or movement of classes for illness or personal reasons.
  • Wet weather notifications will be sent by SMS at least 60 minutes prior to the lesson when possible.
  • If no SMS is received, assume lessons are proceeding as scheduled.
  • Adult Programs: One (1) wet weather washout is allowed per term. Credits provided for additional washouts.
  • Junior Programs: Credits for wet weather will be applied toward the following School Holiday Camp.
  • No drop-ins allowed due to class sizes and coach ratios.

School Holiday Camps

  • No changes to bookings within 48 hours of the first day of camp.
  • Camps will proceed in all weather, with indoor activities as required.
  • Management reserves the right to offer make-up sessions or extend terms instead of issuing credits.
  • If you miss a make-up session due to personal conflicts, no credit will be provided.
  • 10-Lesson Packs must be used within 3 months of purchase. Unused lessons after this time will expire.
  • Permanent lesson spots: all make-ups must be used before the start of the following term.

Risk Warning

Playing tennis carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Players participate at their own risk. Eastside Tennis Centre, Shatar Tennis Pty Ltd, and their staff are not liable for injury, death or loss of personal property, except where prohibited under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Release & Waiver

By attending Eastside Tennis Centre, you release Eastside Tennis Centre, Shatar Tennis Pty Ltd, their staff, employees and contractors from all liability related to injury, death, or property loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
